You can cancel your account with us at ANY time. To cancel your account you must:

• Log into your Client Area
• Navigate to My Products & Services.
• From there you will need to "View Details" for the package you would like to cancel.
• At the end of the details, you will see a button to "Request Cancellation."
• Click on that button, and then fill out your reason for cancelling, and if you'd like for it to be immediate, or at the end of the billing period.
• Submit your request, which will be resolved within 24 hours.

We do not honor cancellation requests via email nor have we ever accepted this as a method. This is to authenticate your identity, and to prevent from a malicious attempt to have your data removed.
